A note from Megan:

It is natural that life can be challenging and can put people in very vulnerable states. When looking at the last couple of years as people are navigating through a global pandemic, mental health has become more challenging to manage. There is more uncertainty and it leaves our minds ruminating about how we can create certainty. Helping and learning about others has always been an interest of mine. I am passionate about listening and exploring what others have to offer even in the darkest of times. I feel honored and blessed to be meeting new people and getting to know their stories. It is rewarding to me when people are vulnerable and are motivated to learn how to manage their difficulties. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, traveling, listening to music, and engaging in activities surrounding my German culture.

While her office is located in downtown Chicago next to Millenium park for in-person sessions, she also welcomes and serves clients for online therapy from anywhere in Illinois. Clients from the Chicagoland area may choose in-office or online therapy.
