My ultimate goal as a therapist is to assist you in attaining the goals set for treatment to improve your overall health and functioning.  I believe in a combination of therapeutic interventions in order to identify and utilize your individual characteristics to support your success in therapy and life.  Listening to you and helping you understand what you’re feeling, assisting you in looking at your situation in a new perspective will help empower you for a positive change. My approach is client-centered, using evidenced based therapeutic strategies to identify and build on your strengths for positive outcomes and realistic goals met.
